CALL OUT FOR AN ARTISTIC COACH
We are looking for an artist with expertise in either live art, performance, dance or theatre WHO LOVES TO SWEAT!
To celebrate Galway 2020 European Capital of Culture, Baboro International Arts Festival for Children and the youth from St Pat’s Galway, Alice Fleming and Darren O’Donnell, are teaming up to create a brand new innovative sport and teaching it to the world in a public tournament at Baboro 2020.
But we need an you, an Artistic Coach!
As Artistic Coach, you will work in collaboration with Baboro, Darren, Alice, the young people to research, devise and deliver our incredible new sport. As Artistic Coach you will co-lead the team, tweeting the whistle and inspiring the team and motivating the best from us. You need to be a passionate artist with experience in either live art, performance, dance or theatre AND an interest in sports and games as forms of art, or experience in competitive sports.
A love of sweets would also be an asset! You must be talented, irreverent, ridiculous, athletic (somewhat), good natured and great at motivating people to reach for the stars and consistency beat their personal best.
